Existing work includes automated insertion of brass screws into moulded window-system components and the manual assembly of drinks-dispense products manufactured from multiple individual parts. Once assembly is complete, products can progress through the appropriate inspection or testing process before being prepared for packaging. Bringing these stages together gives customers one accountable manufacturing partner and reduces the need to move components between several disconnected suppliers.

Completed products can be sealed, boxed and prepared for onward sale or distribution as the final stage of the manufacturing process. The latch mechanism, retaining pin and optional key lock can be brought together before the finished product is sealed into its packaging and placed into a box with the relevant instructions. Total Precision’s existing production includes high-power connector components that undergo forming, 100% inspection and electrical testing before being placed into returnable ESD packaging. Overmoulded leadframes are also subjected to 100% inspection and electrical Hi-Pot testing before being packed in returnable ESD packaging. This ensures that testing, handling and final protection form one connected production route, helping products reach the next stage of manufacture or distribution in the required condition.
